Basic Technical Training ensures the basic knowledge and skills of aircraft maintenance personnel. It applies to the following target groups:

(1) Apprentice of the aeronautical school

(2) Certifying staff in aircraft maintenance and workshop who have not received such training previously.

The Basic Technical Courses are set up by modules in accordance with the requirement to the maintenance personnel in JAR66. The standard module-courses are applicable to apprentice in aviation field and the supplementary module-courses are applicable to the 2^nd target group defined above.

Requirement: Apprentice should learn all their specialty course and grasp them.Employed maintenance staff can choice the training courses according to their specialties, and what knowledge they need in their posts.

(1) 航空技工学校学生;

(2) 飞机放行人员, 从事飞机维修工作但未接受过相应培训的人员.

Type training

We offer 2 kinds of type rating courses : standard courses and unit courses. The standard courses fall in following 5 categories:

Engine Run-up course open only to senior Technician in Category A/P. It is a specialized training and it meets ATA104 Level 4 requirement.

Engine Line and Base Maintenance course focuses on system composition, and working theory . It is available to the Junior Technician in the engine workshop and all Line & Base maintenance personnel. It meets ATA104 level 3 requirements.

Aircraft cabin entertainment system course focuses on cabin entertainment system composition, operation procedure, test and trouble shooting. It is applicable to the Line & Base maintenance  personnel of category avionics. It meets ATA104 level 4 requirements.

Aircraft unit courses are evolvement of standard courses. They are designed and recommended to our customer under the following 2 conditions:

1.When the relative long time for a completed course is not available at one time. The trainees can attend the units individually one by one. If they can finish all the units in one year, they can be granted the certificates for the type.

2.when only specified units are actually applicable to the real needs. The customer can select useful units as an individual course. It makes our offer more flexible and practical.

It should be pointed out here that the trainees get only respective unit course certificates before he finishes all the units of one a/c type and get the type certificate. The unit course satisfies ATA104 specification level 3 requirement.

飞机系统单元课是飞机机型课的衍生。在以下两种情况下，我们建议客户选择单元课程；

1. 客户在没有时间一次完成某飞机系统整体课时，选择单元课程。通过分段学习的方式，接受相当于一整体课的机型培训。一年之内全部学完者可取得该机型课的结业证书。
2. 客户可根据自己的实际工作需要选择同一机型的不同单元或不同机型的同一单元组合成一个课。这将使我们提供给客户的课程更加灵活, 更有针对性。

English Training

With the high-speed growth and internationalization of the aviation industry, English competence is becoming more and more important as an indispensable tool and the requisition of the improvement of related enterprises.

To satisfy the requirements of FAA and JAR, we designed the series English courses tailored to customers need. CE0001 to CE0100 are general English courses, CE0101 to CE0200 are technical English courses. All personnel can choose right course in the light of their real level and previous knowledge each course requires.

We will keep making analysis of training demands of our customers and offer more English training courses in succession matching to the development of the company by utilizing our own English teachers or outside training resources.

General Courses

The comprehensive quality of employees is drawing more attention from the management of companies. It signals that the company encourages each employee to expand knowledge scope and enhance the quality in order to find right position in the future development by means of participating various training courses like English, Computer, Laws and Regulations, Professional Skill as well as Management know-how.

To help personnel to achieve the goal, we set up the computer and laws and regulations courses at present. The computer courses consist of seven independent courses that can be chosen by each employee in accordance with job requirements and the level of himself. As the development of computer and to make it facilitate our work effectively, we will keep improving course design and customize the contents. Through the Law and Regulation course which is jointly organized by AAC and Quality Control department, we hope that each aviation maintenance person get to know the Quality System and implement the requirements and procedures of quality system by works.

Additionally, we will also design the courses for management, maintenance management, enterprise cultures or invite specialists to hold seminars or lectures in the near future. It is sincerely hoped that you show your support and assistance.

我们学院在目前阶段开设了计算机系列课程和法规课程.计算机课程分成七个独立课程,员工们可根据自身岗位的需要并结合自己水平加以选择.随着计算机的发展并使它更好地为我们的工作服务,我们还会适时的对课程进行调整和增加课程内容。法规课程的培训由AAC和质量控制部门共同组织,通过学习使每一位航空维修人员熟悉质量体系并在工作中认真按照维修管理手册的要求及程序去落实.
